Dust Extraction Plant
Mr Dust can provide an extensive range of extraction equipment and has a wide knowledge of the industry having been operating for nearly 40 years.
Screw Filters
Where the dust loading is comparatively light the filter may be fitted with a horizontal Screw in the base of the hopper. The material may therefore be discharged within the base of the extraction unit of indeed some distance away. Generally these filters are used on small chips and dust.
Chain Filters
These have been shown to be very popular and we can offer a wide range from 5,000 cfm upwards to 100,000 cfm or more 8,500 cub/mtr/hr – 170,000 cub/mtr/hr. The chain filter can accept multiple systems and will deliver the waste to a single rotary valve discharge point.
