Woodwaste Boilers
Dust Control Engineering Ltd. are agents for Uniconfort of Italy who offer a range of boilers for use in the woodworking industry. Designed to produce between
348 to 3,480 Kw/Hr heating output the boilers are such that the combustion system is common to all three types of boiler which may produce Low Pressure Hot Water at 95 Deg C. Medium Pressure Hot water at 159 deg C or Saturated Steam at 12 Bar.
We can offer systems for the Furniture and Joinery trades as well as the Sawmilling and Timber industries. This of course extends the capabilities of the plant into a wider market both for heating and installation of kiln drying operations.The ability of the combustion process to handle comparatively wet waste is also very important. Two types of grate are available. The standard Fucomatic system employs the traditional underfeed stoker and allows the use of wet material with a maximum of 50% moisture content. The alternative Global G System uses the step grate system and this deals with really wet waste having a moisture content of up to 100%.
