 Darren Wells recently set up a specialist, made-to-measure furniture manufacturing factory at Kidlington near Oxford.

 The extraction was provided by a couple of free standing units which are working well. However Darren was faced with the problem of spraying and finishing his products and here Mr Dust came to the rescue.

 Owing to the shortage of space available he required a small spray wall so that he could spray in front of it without blocking the access to the fire door in the corner of the building. Also when not in use he did not want the booth to occupy a large floor area. So, Mr Dust made a special spaying unit which protruded only 450 mm from the rear wall and which was 2 metres long, enough to accommodate the larger units.

 The wall is very effective and includes a paper filter to catch the overspray with a second stage mesh filter behind to guarantee proper collection of the finer dust particles. The fan is a flame proof type and provides excellent extraction, even to the extent that the filter traps dust lifted into the air when cleaning the work shop down.

 With a full order book Darren is very pleased with the move he has made and very impressed with the expertise and quality of service he received from Mr Dust.
